Jobsoid SMS Consent & Notifications

Jobsoid is a recruitment software platform. We send transactional SMS notifications to two audiences:

  • Candidates, on behalf of tenant employers (e.g., Onstro)
  • Tenant users (recruiters and hiring managers)

All messages are limited to recruiting workflows. No marketing, lending, promotional, or age-restricted content is included.

Candidate Opt-In

How consent is collected:

  • When applying via a Jobsoid-powered career page, candidates enter their mobile number.
  • An unchecked, required checkbox is displayed under the Mobile field:
    “I agree to receive SMS/text messages about my job application from [Tenant Company] via Jobsoid at the mobile number I provided.”
  • Disclosure: “Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See Terms and Privacy Policy.”
  • Consent and timestamp are stored in the candidate profile.

Tenant User Opt-In

How consent is collected:

  • Consent is collected at Workspace creation. Tenant users need to toggle the checkbox to receive the SMS notifications
  • Recruiters and hiring managers can enable SMS alerts in their Jobsoid Account Settings → Notifications.
  • By toggling this option, they consent to receive SMS updates.
  • Consent is stored in their user profile and can be changed anytime.
