Jobsoid was born out of sheer need to streamline and automate our own recruiting process. Having tried out many a recruiting software with no success, we set up to build one to meet our own needs. Over a short time, we realized that our recruitment issues are almost universally faced by most companies and startups.

So we decided to introduce Jobsoid to the global market and help HR professionals optimize their recruiting process. What started as a pilot product for simplifying in-house recruitment soon became a full-fledged innovation product by our company.

Our Journey so far

Three years since inception, Jobsoid has come a long way in becoming one of the most popular all-in-one recruitment platforms available online. With a customer base of 2000+ companies spread over 90+ countries and 40+ industries, Jobsoid has evolved into an increasingly desirable brand. We owe this huge success entirely to the appreciation and belief of our steadfast customers who continue to inspire the innovation in Jobsoid.

We have succeeded in developing some smart features and functionalities to simplify the day-to-day life of every Hiring Manager and Recruiter, which has led to their increased efficiency. Some of the most complicated recruitment processes have become a breeze with Jobsoid.

With our growing popularity and maturity of the product, we felt the need to overhaul brand “Jobsoid” to complement the innovations in product features and functionalities. After extensive research, lengthy discussions with our design team and months of hard work, we are proud to present our new and updated website.

Our New Website

Introducing our new website with a fresh design and content which is oodles more informative, interactive and user-friendly. It educates visitors about our Talent Acquisition Platform in the most systematic and uncomplicated manner.

At the end of the day the simpler the design looks, the better it is perceived by people. A cluttered design is like a cluttered desk – you can never find what you need, or if you find it than you spend lots of time looking for it.

Our New Logo

The new logo is crafted to represent our product and successfully convey its message and image. We love providing invaluable support for teams that are benefitting the world and growing larger day by day.

Taking this as an inspiration for our logo, and after a lot of brainstorming & various logo designs later we decided to go ahead with a leaf-shaped glyph to signify growth. An icon depicting a candidate, who is the star of any applicant tracking system, was added inside the glyph to form a simple yet meaningful logo mark.

This is not just a visual representation of how we have evolved organically, but also paves way for adding some exciting new products in the Jobsoid family, thus making a complete platform for recruitment.

Jobsoid Video

We have recently announced one such product called Jobsoid Video. This enables you to send out video interview invites to candidates, which they can answer on their mobile phones and upload video responses which you review at a time convenient to you. Read More about Jobsoid Video Interviews

Kelly Barcelos is a progressive digital marketing manager specializing in HR and is responsible for leading Jobsoid’s content and social media team. When Kelly is not building campaigns, she is busy creating content and preparing PR topics. She started with Jobsoid as a social media strategist and eventually took over the entire digital marketing team with her innovative approach and technical expertise.
